Her raw creative talent, vibrantly optimistic attitude, formative years of experience working alongside leading marine scientists, and current entrepreneurial endeavors leading her own media production company - Coral Cove Imagery - and fine art gallery - Christine Shepard Fine Art Photography -make her a sought-after professional. Recently, Christine expanded into the AR/VR tech space as a Co-Founder of Digital Life, an initiative to create accurate 3D models of life on Earth. 

She has already received international acclaim for her art including being named a finalist in two categories of BBC’s Wildlife Photographer of the Year, 4th place in the Animal Portrait Category of the International Ocean Art Photo Competition and “Highly Honored Winner” in Nature’s Best Photography, which included an exhibit at the Smithsonian Museum in D.C. Her work has been widely published including several scientific journal cover images, photo stories and interviews for National Geographic MagazinePopular Science Magazine, The Marine Biologist, Professional Photographer Magazine, and Scientific American, and personal spotlight stories on the Discovery Channel and Oprah’s O Magazine.

Christine currently lives in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii.
